Fall 2009 Explore Event Weekend -photos

Explore Engineering events are a series of weekend and residential summer engineering design courses for high school women.

Our events are built around hands-on, team based design projects that emphasize creativity. No engineering experience is needed to attend.

Students have fun while working with engineering faculty and students. These events are a great way to see what engineering is all about.

Past courses had students building working speakers out of basic household parts, robots that made art, electronic kazoos, and computer controlled clothing.
